How to kick a soccer ball
Kick a soccer ball with your left leg.
Follow these variation. The distance, is what you feel it is.
- Grounder – short, medium, far distance
- Line drive – short, medium, far distance
- Pop up- short medium, far distance
- Or you can do all of the above in hitting a goal
Keep doing this exercise till you feel any tiredness in your left leg. The goal of this exercise is to coordinate you left leg.
