Chewing gum exercise

Don’t worry about technique too much, what counts the most is you  chew gun in the left side of your mouth. Get gum, and chew it at the left side of your mouth, and just continuously do it until you feel any tiredness there.  i recommend using healthy type of gum. You can find those type in Amazon. This is for your teeth sake.The goal of this exercise is to coordinate your left jaw.
