How to play paddle ballDon’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left hand. Get a table tennis paddle, or a paddle ball paddle, or tennis racket, or badminton rack, or any sort of rack. Get any sort of bouncing ball. With a friend, hit a ball back and forth without bouncing using only your left arm. Keep doing this until you feel any tiredness in your left arm. The goal is to gain coordination for your left arm.
