How to shoot a slingshot

Don’t worry about technique, just do the exercise the best you can. Get a  slingshot, and some pellets (rocks work as well too, only if want to risk getting hurt badly). Use your left hand as the dominate hand in this exercise. Grip the slingshot with your right hand, and shoot with your left hand. You should be aiming mostly with your left eye. I would first start off with a close target, then medium, then far. You can decide what those distance are by feeling. Keep shooting at a target till you feel any tiredness in your left hand and arm. The goal is to help coordinate your left side.If you are not sure how to shoot a slingshot, then you can look at the simple pictures below. As a recommendation, make sure to put safety first when doing this exercise. If you can, use a toy slingshot and pellet designed for safety. Those toy slingshot and pellet for kids, are always safe. I would probably wear eye protection as well.

I would pull the string in front of the head, and not past it for safety sake. Like what this kid is doing in the picture below

A toy slingshot would look something like this. The pellet are cushioned, so if it you hit yourself or someone, then it won’t hurt that much. Plus the string looks soft if it ever hit you accidentally.
