How to do a push up

Don’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left hand, but try to do a one hand push up with your left arm only. Don’t worry, we are only doing the easy type of push up, as the goal of this exercise, is not to gain strength, but to gain coordination in your left side.

Be in a bowing down position. Have your right hand behind your back, and your left hand down 180 degree. Bend the left hand which is supporting your upper body down until your face almost touch the floor, then raise your body up back to 180 degree.

Stop when you are feeling stress in your left side then take a break, and then do more. Keep repeating this, until you feel any tiredness from your left side
