Get any paint roller, it can be long stick or short stick, and use your left hand, to paint a wall or canvas, or any surface materials. You don’t need to stop when you paint the whole thing, but you can just keep rolling to get used to the motion. You can do regular grip or reverse grip to get different variation.
This what I mean by reverse grip. Imagine the knife as a paint roller.
