Don’t worry about technique too much, what counts the most is you doing this exercise the best you can. Get a pillow, and hold it with 2 hands, then knee it with your left knee. Keep doing this exercise till you feel any tiredness in your left knee. The goal of this exercise is to coordinate you left knee.

In case you don’t know how to knee strike. Imagine that manikin as a pillow, and instead of holding it with one hand like that guy, you are holding the pillow with 2 hands.
