Spear thrust

Don’t worry about technique too much, what counts the most is you thrusting your spear against a object. You don’t need a actual spear, but any object that resemble a spear is good enough, like a long stick, PVC pipe, or a long metal bar. You also need a target, that can absorb spear blows well, for example, a dirt ground. If you can have that dirt ground at body level rather below, then that would be better. Using only your left arm, thrust the spear to the ground using only momentum. Use momentum to keep your arm safe, so the shock won’t be so bad. Keep doing this, until you feel any tiredness with in left arm. If that happens, you can compensate the tiredness by thrusting the spear with 2 arms. Just make sure the left arm is the dominant arm. The goal of this exercise is to coordinate you left arm
