Don’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left leg, but try to cycle on a stationary bike, on a light setting, in a comfortable pace, so your left leg can coordinate better. Cycle only with your left leg. You can do clockwise or counter clockwise. Keep cycling till you feel any tiredness in your left leg. To do clockwise and counter clockwise cycle, i would recommend to cycle one minute one way, and another minute the other way, till you feel any tiredness in your left leg.
