Deadlift

Don’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left hand, but try to do a dead lift with very light weight using only your left hand. The goal of the exercise is to help coordinate your left hand better.

You can do this, with a barbell, or a dumbbell.

Stop when you start to feel stress in your left hand, then take a break, and then do more. Keep repeating this, until you feel any tiredness for your left hand.

Disregard the weight in the picture below, it’s just an example, but you should be doing this with very light weights, i’m thinking, just the barbell, and a 10 lbs dumbbell.
